Phone records prove she was on the phone.

Z, his dad, and his wife have been proven to be dishonest yet you don't say a dam word about that buy accuse Dee of lying simply because you don't like what she said.

Oh wait.....did you use what Dee said to try and prove T doubled back? So basically if you like what she says she is being honest. When you don't like what she says she must be lying.

Well, it had never occurred to me that GZ would include that sort of stuff in his emails and text messages.

 

I can't find that verified by any other source and until it can be verified, it should not be passed around very much. If it is true it will be revealed as fact. If it is false, this will get used as a great example of how people used false info to convict Z.

 

When I first read about his MySpace account I was wondering if there was anything similar on his texts/emails. But until we know for sure, we need to hold off claiming he actually said it.

 

I didn't say Dee Dee was dishonest, I said Crump is an ambulance chaser. Dee Dee's story dovetails with T getting away and then coming back. 2 minutes is a long time when you can walk the length of that sidewalk twice in that time.

I also wonder what Dee Dee is not saying, which would be something Crump would keep quiet since his goal is to make money by getting this to trial. What did Dee Dee talk about during that two minutes? Why didn't she tell anyone she talked to him during that time? I will bet it is because she knew what was said during that time.

 

I guess the hearing is Friday...........

No one in my life talks like that.. nor have they ever talked like that.. So I find it absolutely mystifying that anyone would.

You know that "law enforcement " course that GZ too?? It wasn't 3 months it was 14 hours..

 

A civil suit for wrongful death against the HOA is not dependent on GZs conviction.

I'm sure there are people who knew Z and didn't think he was racist. There is this naive black and white approach to racism that pretends racists only exist if they wear sheets and sing KKK songs and if someone doesn't do those things, they are not racist.

Then there are those that no matter how much there is for lack of evidence are convinced of the stories in their heads.

 

GZ wanted to be loved, respected and important.. I have little doubt that he was all over the board.

But, I think we know whether we are racists in our hearts.

And to further complicate matters.. Me and mine are pretty discriminating.... just not based on skin color.

We had a young friend.. who's older brother was a great guy.. back from Iraq, sharp, going to school.. Any mother would have been proud.

The little brother showed up at my house wearing MY missing earrings... LOL

You have to treat people like people.. not like a color.

 

The difference is I use ALL known information while you cherry pick and then make claims that are completely unsupported by anything at all.

It's just like when you falsely accused us of lying that Serino wanted to charge Z. It doesn't matter what the facts and evidence prove, you simply repeat your accusations of lying even when the actual documents are publicly available.

 

Give an example. I will offer myself. Show where I have claimed or speculated on something that was not based on evidence, facts, or witnesses.

Dam. That sucks. Once people get in the system at a young age it's hard to leave it all behind because the system is designed to increase recidivism rates.

You can't say you believe her testimony then say Crump made it up.
