and all that grand speculation and "feelings" you have amount to precisely ZERO in a court of material fact required to convict.

if Z walks it proves that americans have the right to own, bear, and pull the trigger.

 

We don't need to know what he was thinking. We know by his own words he had already designated T as a criminal being responsible for crime in his neighborhood. You're just like any other Z supporter who pretended to be "impartial" when first posting on the subject. I just hope you learn from this so in the future you won't make such an embarrassing mistake.

This is a silly statement. Americans have always had the right of self-defense and the right to keep and bear arms. What Americans don't have is a Right to vigilantism where they arm themselves and then go out and provoke a situation where they can shoot someone and call it self-defense.

Perhaps too many Americans watch too many Westerns where the bad guy threatens to kill someone and they think that who draws first makes a difference. If the bad guy threatens someone then it doesn't matter who draws first. If someone threatens my life I'm not going to wait for them to draw first. Zimmerman threatened Martin by pursuing him and Martin was correct in physically confronting Zimmerman when Zimmerman approached close enough to present an immediate threat to Martin's personal safety.

It will falsely be claimed to have been the impetus for numerous riots but primarily the random targetting of innocent whites by angry blacks across the nation..while ignoring the fact that Zimmerman is partly hispanic. If someone threatens me then they are commiting assault under the law and I have the Right of Self-Defense. This was the foundation for the Florida "stand your grpund" law that, at least on the surface, I agree with. Martin was threatened by Zimmerman when Zimmerman pursued him to the point where a physical confrontation became possible and Martin had the Right of Self-Defense as Zimmerman's actions constituted "aggravated assault" (Zimmerman was in possession of a deadly weapon). That is what the prosecution is expected to show with evidence and testimony.

I will point out again that with the Right to Bear Arms also comes the Responsibility related to it. A person cannot feel "empowered" by carrying a firearm to provoke a situation where they might have to use it. The Right to Bear Arms is to protect oneself from the unwarranted aggression by others and if a person is the aggressor they are being irresponsible related to their Right to Bear Arms. It's virtually identical to the Right of Freedom of Speech which does not allow a person to yell "FIRE" in an auditorium. The Right ends when the person becomes irresponsible in their actions.

 

What was the lie? Did you apologize for calling myself and others liars for pointing out Serino wanted to charge Z? Do you have a single post that criticizes any of the numerous comments that are dancing on T's grave?

 

What threat or act of "violence" did Zimmerman commit? Evidence please.

It is not an accident you defend Z exactly like this. Make claims you can't support then accuse others of lying to conceal an inability to defend your position.

 

Nope, I'm just being fair to Zimmerman which you don't like. You have already found Z guilty and can't look at anything objectively. Keep an open mind and consider Z may be innocent until proven guilty when all the evidence comes out. As far as Z is concerned so far I don't see him as guilty because all of the evidence isn't out and what is out is very flimsy. I for one wonder about the emails he sent to the SPD. I don't know what is in them yet I just find the fact he sent them as odd. So I'm not 100% sure Z is guilty or innocent either. That's because I believe in innocence until found guilty. It is much easier to see things as they are and go where the evidence leads. Twisting everything to fit what you believe must be exhausting.

 

You are the one accusing people of lying without providing any proof. You just don't like being treated like you treat others. Grow up.
