If you accept her testimony you can't at the same time agree with Rose or anyone else who says it isn't credible.

She'll take the stand if this goes to trial.

I just have my doubts that it will get that far... I think they have enough to discredit Zimmerman's account.

 

That just seems like a made up excuse. The publicicsts had to come up with something so it would look like they were boyfriend/girlfriend.

40 years ago I fainted at services for an old friend who shot himself.

And, its a snap to verify the ER visit.

 

Her tweets show nothing of that sort of worry and only a mention the next day that @NO_LIMIT_(*)(*)(*)(*)(*) had been shot.

That is just conjecture. The fact that she wasn't his girlfriend (she had a boyfriend that wasn't Trayvon), the fact that she did nothing even though she had been on the phone with him the day and a minute before he was shot, the fact that she did not tweet about being in any hospital on the day of his service, just shows the story that Crump made up for the Martin's is just a sob story.

That does not mean that Daisha is fake or that her story is untrue, only that it is being guided by Crump's agenda.

Like I said before, I wonder what else Daisha and Trayvon talked about that night since there is about two minutes missing from her testimony, from the time that Martin said he was by his house to the time that T and Z met. No one can make her tell the whole truth, but a partial truth will suit the Martin's needs via Crump.

I feel bad for everyone involved from Zimmerman's family and friends to the Martin's, Daisha, and anyone else friends or emotionally attached to the family. It is a very sad affair and one, I think, that is just a perfect storm of coincidences. I don't believe that Zimmerman had any ulterior motives other than protecting the neighborhood and I don't think that Martin had any motive other than just hanging out as teens do.

I don't think it matters what he was doing in terms of who touched who first. She said she heard T say "get off get off" before the phone went dead. Since you accept her testimony as true that means she proves Z grabbed T first.

Trying to imply a neutral look is pretty bizarre. You never once condemned Z for falsely designating T as being a criminal related to the crimes in his neighborhood.

It was one minute and twenty seconds between Z hanging up and the first 911 call. It was less than two minutes between the time Z said T ran to the time they met face to face. Hoosier keeps inventing a "missing" time period because he unbelievably desperately looking for a way to say T doubled back.

 

Well.......... I find it impossible to believe Trayvon 'doubled back'.. its just implausible tht he would do that after running away from GZ.

There was a loud, angry verbal exchange, some physical altercation.. someone begging for their life and a gunshot.

At some point.. GZ had an opportunity to identify himself and diffuse the situation..

That's what really bugs me.

How hard is it to say.. Hey man, I'm neighborhood watch.

I think GZ was very angry. ... and I think he was angry BEFORE he left his house.

GZ said he was going to Target.. and in other reports "GZ goes to the grocery store every Sunday evening".....

 

There is nothing illegal about being suspicious of someone in your neighborhood that is just hanging out or wandering around. Zimmerman did the right thing by calling the police, the rest is just a tragedy for everyone involved.

I didn't say it was illegal to report someone as suspicious. What I said is:

If you want to know what I value, the first is life. All life is sacred so any decision to take life must be taken seriously, even for hunting.

I value what I have worked hard for, my property, but it comes second to life.

I have had a few interesting episodes.

A man my husband would not hire shot up my garage at midnight with a sawed off shot gun some 30 years ago, I was home alone with an infant since my husband had gone to the roller rink to pick up the older kids.

Another thug threatened to blow up my house.. he a lifer now. He burgaled homes for guns....

And a physician threatened me for months..

My bros wanted me to buy a gun over the doc thing... but I knew he was truly a coward.. Nw he is inprison for 25 years.

That is kind of difficult to do by just listening to a 911 call and not living in the neighborhood. Where I live can get rough sometimes. It seems like crime starts to rise around the holidays. It was really bad a few years ago. For some reason people started fighting back. Now crime starts to rise until criminals start getting killed or have bad things happen to them. Then crime drops. It depends on where you live I guess. I don't know about Sanford, Florida. Sure you can look at crime stats but that doesn't paint the whole picture. I don't know what Z was thinking. Only he knows that.
