Why do they let birthers keep going with Obama's Birth Certificate?

I noticed you dodged the question, too. One of your compatriots claimed it was $2.5 million, but he has no source. I suspect he got it from a dark place that doesn't have a URL.

His BC was verified by the Hawaii department of health. There is no higher authority capable of doing so.

Privacy rights protect all vital records. Obama has spent as much money keeping his records "sealed" as you have.

There are tens of thousands of experts who can verify the veracity of documents. Trouble is, they didn't release a copy of a birth certificate, they released a copy of a computer generated copy of a birth certificate. I had the letter in a previous link but it got deleted by the mod. I'll have to see if I can find it again, as it took me some time to find this obscure document signed by the late director.

 

The only expert or body that can authenticate the document is the issuing authority, which is the department of health in Hawaii.

That is one scenario, that he was born in Canada (records place mom in Seattle prior to his birth), or Kenya (there to meet the in-laws and wife #1). Either of which would silence the Obamatrons. The information we do have from his claimed nativity account is his father's nationality which if true eliminates him from holding the office. The speculation based on photos and associations are that Frank Marshall Davis, pornographer, Marxist activist, writer, is his sperm donor. If true, his parents were both U.S. citizens and if he WAS born in Hawaii, he then is eligible.

His mother was NOT in Seattle before his birth and she didn't leave the US at all until she married her second husband. To further put a kibosh on this birther idiocy... Kenya didn't have an international airport until the 1970s.. and it would have been a four day plane trip from Hawaii to British East Africa in 1961. Plus, women didn't fly in their 3rd trimester and they didn't fly in the weeks following childbirth.

Additionally, his father was in the US on a student visa and that puts him solidly in US jurisdiction.. since no foreign country's laws apply in the US.. Duh!

 

Actually, they didn't authenticate it. Nobody has. Since it was posted on the White House website, not one individual has come forward to proclaim that the document posted on the website is the same document that was forwarded to the White House by the state of Hawaii.

 

Besides, authenticating a computer generated copy of a birth certificate is like authenticating a photograph drawn from someone's memory. It's not authenticating a copy of a document that was created in 1961. It's authenticating a copy of a document created in 2011.

 

I could care less whether Obama is or is not a US citizen. His mother is an American, so as far as I'm concerned he is an American. My problem is that he has committed fraud by putting out not one but two fraudulent birth certificates. And for what? What is he hiding? His actual father? Was it Frank Lloyd Wright the communist? I don't know, but I'm more concerned with the fraud aspect than anything else.

Every birth certificate I have ever seen, and I used to work in personnel for the military, were copies of original documents. Whether generated from the original, or a microfiche copy of the original (how it is done in my state of California), it is a copy of the actual document. I have never seen a "computer generated copy" which was made to look like an actual copy of an original document.

It wasn't even an official legally accepted document. Try showing a traffic cop a computer image on your phone the next time you are stopped, or any government agency as proof of identity. Never happen.

Every government agency in every state accepts it. It's called the full faith and credit clause of the US constitution. The COLB is the official BC for the state of Hawaii, every state accepts it. Over 30 states issue the same type of document when a BC is requested.
