Israel as a state has been recognised by Palestinians for decades. Israel's right to exist not so as they believe Israel was not created in a just way. Israel as a State however they do accept as a fact and can work with. Israel's new demand is that they acknowledge Israel as a Jewish State. Obviously this cannot be done as 20% of Israeli's are not Jewish being either Christian or Muslim. It is also argued that it is not for anyone else to say what kind of state Israel is but if she were as she likes to suggest like a Western State then all her citizens would have the same Nationality which would be Israeli rather than at the moment Jew/Arab/Muslim and more. Some Israeli Jews themselves believe this is how it should be and have tried, unsuccessfully to get Israeli Nationality.

Those who call Israel a fascist state are fascists.
Any more questions?

They are in the Knesset and they call Israel a fascist State in private. We identify them by way of their fascist policies and activities.
Arabs will not be able to integrate with fascists. We must all wait until Israel has rid itself of them.

Remember that the Israeli Arabs made it clear they did not want to become part of a Palestinian State but to keep their Israeli citizenship...well I don't know if you caught this one but Lieberman intended on getting rid of them anyway regardless of whether they wanted it or not and even managed to find a lawyer telling him it could be legal. That was his plan if it ever came to a Palestinian State, keep the settlements and all Jerusalem and throw out Israelis Arab citizens making of course Israel an ethnic pure Jewish Nationalist state

Yes, and here's another one;

Naftali Bennett.

In response to Israel's release of Palestinian prisoners in 2013, Bennett said Palestinian "terrorists" should be shot and is quoted to have said “I already killed lots of Arabs in my life, and there is absolutely no problem with that.”

The world 2014 does not care about those Bedouins called "Palestinians".
They do not want peace !!
Their supporters are full of hatred but that won't help them.
Israeli / Palestinian conflict is no longer in top news .
Give it a rest and deal with Real Issues like the war in Syria.

Of course he has been trying to get area C, 62% of the West Bank annexed to Israel and then of course the cleansing of Palestinians like mgb speaks of.

Now Bennet thinks everywhere is settler freebies

http://jfjfp.com/?p=58600

Note to him The Land of Israel is Israel, The West Bank and possibly Gaza as well though they are trying to get Gaza which is in terrible straits abandoned - of course not living up to their obligations as Occupying Power.

Check out on that link the big Settler advert, 'There is No Palestinian State and There Never will be one'.

Well now that it looks like Israel has stopped the talks and funnily enough they are correctly blamed for so doing by Kerry, it is time for proper BDS to get going particularly with the EU and big businesses who will see their businesses ruined if they do not move out post haste. The EU of course is being very careful to say it is not it is not into BDS but this is unlikely to continue as it becomes apparent that the Settler infrastructure depends on Israel - then it will really start to hurt.

Blaming individual Israelis who may or may not have anything to do with the state's actions is BS.

In fact, the whole BDS movement is complete (*)(*)(*)(*)ing bull(*)(*)(*)(*). It punishes innocent people with a typical collectivist mentality.

Well how Israel has treated it's Bedouin citizens is indeed disgraceful but not all Palestinians are Israeli Citizens and certainly not all are Bedouin.

They want justice. Justice usually results in peace. Of course there is a difficulty in that Israel is refusing a two state viable contiguous solution along the agreed grounds in Oslo. Instead she is settling what would have been the Palestinian state and hence making it impossible. Indeed while the talks were going on she had her biggest settlement program ever - now that clearly is not the attitude of those who want a solution, or peace as you call it. I am sure you will be pleased to know that Abbas's son has now decided he wants a one state solution as that is the only way he can see to get civic rights. BDS will be there to help create this as Israel has chosen not to act in an honourable way.

Israel/Palestine is certainly still top news. Has not the US just spent almost a year trying to get some movement towards a two state solution - the only hope Israel had left to be a 'Jewish and Democratic' State.

Israel/Palestine is certainly top world news. Was not South Africa when the world was working to end Apartheid. Similar situation for the Palestinians though many South African's say their situation is worse than it ever was in South Africa.

This is one hundred percent true, and it's shameful.

Pretty much all the countries support apartheid and don't really care about freedom and human rights. The western alliance support Israeli ethnic-cleansing against Palestinians, the current creation of hateful apartheid in Ukraine, AQ terrorists who conduct genocide in Syria, fascist undemocratic warlords in Egypt who massacre their own people, etc. Meanwhile Russia and China both stonewall any attempts to rescue North Koreans from the brutal oppression they get there.

You are right that nobody gives a (*)(*)(*)(*) about Palestinians. It's unfortunate, but it's true.

Countries can choose to pursue freedom/democracy, or a policy of hate.. Their intentions are the latter despite that they flap their lips about the former.

Major issues are being ignored. Especially Syria. And also the Fukushima meltdown, the news has ONLY gotten worse but a solution MUST be found.

On the contrary, it's the subject of this discussion. You're cordially invited to leave it and present a discourse on Syria elsewhere, naturally, instead of vioilating Rule 5 here .
Meanwhile,more problems for integration;

Not only in private, in public too. Those are some of "oppressed" israeli arabs.
I fully agree with Liberman - collaborators should be punished. But guided solely by humanitarian consideration I agree to replace execution by stripping of citizenship and expulsion from Israel by kicking their ass.

I noticed that you like to play with terminologies and upset the meaning of what you wrote...
Define Syria, Egypt, Libya, Jordan, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Tunis for starters... Do they not mention that they are Muslim countries first and foremost??? If not, can you name one Jew in one of these governments? You cannot... so your above writing is a sham!

nope, the population elected the government so the population pays the price for their choices...boycotting products is ultimately what forced south afrika to abandon apartheid and brought Iran to the negoiting table over nuclear development and what is preventing russia from going rogue....when the populace is hurt where it matter$ they put pressure on their government to change its ways...without negative consquences there is no incentive to negotiate....

BOYCOTT ALL ISREALLI PRODUCTS!

Yes, and insist upon adequate labeling. The sneaky occupiers often attempt to disguise the locations of their sweat-shops.

Oh Darling you are suggesting I am yourself. I already covered what you say
and so it is with them. They can say they are any state they want just as can Israel. Israel can for instance say she is a Jewish State. What she cannot demand is that others say so just like those nations you mentioned do not demand of others.

Democracy is complete BS. Stop judging people by the actions of others.

Are you responsible for Harper's nonsense because you're a Canadian? Am I responsible for Abbott's immigration policy because I'm an Australian? Am I responsible for Israel because my country supports its existence?

Of course not. I don't support any of these things myself, even though my country has elected Abbott as PM. Same with you and Harper. Same with the significant amount of Israelis who don't support their government's actions.

Hence why I refer to BDS as collectivist nonsense.

That would depend. He would share responsibility if he voted for and continues to support him.
as above. If you voted for and support his policies you would be responsible.

Responsible for Israel in what way? You have set a different criteria to your other examples.

The situation of the Palestinians was not even an issue at the last Israeli election. They no longer see them and do not find themselves effected by what happens to them. Most of them do not seem to know what they experience but yes, that is an issue. If people are politically asleep then something needs to wake them up and BDS is just the thing to do that. You may however be unaware that there are Israelis who support BDS.
