A war and the Chinese Virus are two drastically different things. When the models were calling for two million dead, and we are where we are...Trump deserves a lot of credit for saving millions of lives.

Quite amazing that Dr. Fauci said that on Feb. 17 and Pelosi invited everyone to Chinatown on Feb. 24th with 1800 deaths and 70,000 cases in Wuhan with people being carted around on isolation bubble gurney's.

I had four months of provisions and supplies laid in by the first week of February -- not because I knew what would happen, but because I didn't know what would happen and it looked to be damn bad.

exactly, the president did not prepare, I was like you, stocking up on meat in the freezer and stuff, preparing for the worst, hoping for the best

Fauci said at that moment the risk was low of catching, but in a months time it could escalate or die off.... that is the time to prepare, not ignore it

plus I knew he only said it could die off with the heat was due to his boss saying that previously, because he followed up with it was 80 degrees over there, so doubted that scenario

 

Any person with an internet connection can do a search and find out that President Trump was making the same comments about covid-19 virus that his experts, doctor Fauci and doctor Brix, were making.

President Trump's experts were the ones saying that this Wigan flu was comparable to the seasonal flu, it wasn't something Americans should worry about, and that it was a very low risk for American citizens. They said that if it did cross our Shores our medical community what deal with it and keep it under control

 

Trump put the first travel ban in on January 31. But I agree that he should have scared the ever-loving hell out of people using very rough corona death verbiage and immediately shut down all borders, airports, and ports, putting the Coast Guard on high alert, and throwing illegals back across the border.

Trump should have been a no apologies hardass and used an iron fist.

 

Sure he did....Chinese were not allowed in our country....obviously Americans could come home.

They know how Coronaviruses behave in general and they also know how to fight a pandemic. But Donald doesn't trust them. Donald is on war with science and rationality. A war that he can't win. It's not a shame for him personally, but he is destroying the lives of thousands of innocent Americans.

 

If it were me they would have been on their own if they departed after Feb. 1st. We had idiots from here who departed as late as March 12, and still thought they should get help. And Trump did help them.
