And you think and you think that the president of the United States, at the time, had the power to tell American citizens where they could or could not travel?

In the criticism that I see Trump's opponents pile on him, on one hand they'll accuse him of being a dictator or tyrant, and on the other hand they wil disparage him for not being a dictator and banning Americans from traveling to China.

You guys can't make up your minds. It just seems to me that whatever is convenient for you you'll spin it, you'll criticize Trump, then out the other side of your mouth you'll spin it back the other way and criticize him again

The hoax was Democrats trying to use covid-19, as their newest vehicle for creating more lies and more distortions to criticize Trump. It's just been one hoax after another they'll just invent things out of thin air and criticize Trump

This gives him grounds for his claim that he is a wartime President. But a smarter man would look back in history to see how great leaders handled themselves as such.

And if you will remember back in February President Trump was telling people don't go to the stores an horde, they'll be open, you be able to buy what you need to buy next week, and the week after

    lol, no he wasn't

his staff was afraid to disagree with him and required to praise him daily, but they did disagree with him often

Trump should have stepped aside and let the experts handle it, and he did at first when gave to pence, but then Pence was getting more attention than he was, and he could not have that

There's opinions that the virus does irreparable damage to survivors. Will we be seeing posts like yours in 50 years?

And it turns out that the experts didn't know how to prepare for a pandemic as you will remember the CDC could not adequately test people for the virus to track those who were infected Donald Trump how to get the FDA to change the rules to allow private Laboratories to perform testing

Also our experts we're not restocking the national stockpile with PPE and ventilators like they were supposed to once again President Trump had to step in and get Private Industry to pick up the slack and start producing these things all because the experts failed us.

I would love to have been a fly on the wall when the CDC the NIH and the HHS we're telling the president all of the things that they couldn't do, all the ways in which they got caught flat-footed and could not perform their duties and services in response to this pandemic

Remember again, it was the experts who are telling us the covid-19 was something there was low risk and we should not concern ourselves with it. They bragged how they were totally capable of controlling the virus. It was the expert you failed us again and again and again, and it was Donald Trump who had to go around fixing ing all their failures

You don't need to know. You have to slam down your iron fist before you know, if you even suspect epidemic or pandemic trouble.

Close borders and make them ironclad. Close airports, ports, and bus stations.

Hope that it is but nothing, but prepare for the worst. When you know for sure it is far too late.

Based on what empirical evidence? You have to remember but even in February and March we knew very little about this virus. Back in January they were telling us that it couldn't be transmitted from person to person, then they were telling us that this virus is just like the flu, and that wearing a mask was not going to be effective.

Even now, it's almost May, and we still do not know if the people who test positive for the antigen can catch the virus again. We still do not know the mortality rate for this virus. We still do not know how it's transmitted, whether or not the two meter social distancing is enough. There are a lot of things we still do not know about this virus. So to claim that the President should have been a hard-ass, started running around making declarations and closing borders and shutting everything down, when back in February? We didn't have any information to base that type of draconian measures on

yes, Trump failed to prepare during the month of February, make sure things were stocked, ect.... the media was asking him about it, but rather then check, he just bragged he had it all covered, don't worry

Trump sees anyone questioning his preparedness as an attack and ignores it, he should have paid attention and checked, as these were valid concerns

Trump said the tests were perfect, as perfect as his phone call - that should of gave people a clue they were not perfect right there

Don't worry about public opinion. Protect the country from disease importation.

Unfortunately, you are wasting your time. The malcontent Trump haters have are never going to change their tune and lord knows how they are going to handle his second term.
Take the time to reflect back on Russia, Russia, Russia, the Mueller report, the war with N. Korea, the war with Iran, the war with China, the Kavanaugh hearings, and the impeachment hearings all brought to you by the same group that is now shifted to blaming Trump for a worldwide pandemic. Let them rant as Americans have them figured out.

Oh give me a break, just do your own searches on the internet for what doctor Fauci was saying about this virus back in January, February and March. You'll see the doctor Fauci I was telling us that this virus was pretty much just like the flu then it wasn't something we should be worried about was a very low risk.
