I did hear where she said that TM thought GZ was a security guard....there goes the theory that everything would have been dandy if GZ identified himself.

I think you were misled about DD saying that TM was casing houses. Someone started a thread saying that, but asked a mod to pull it. I believe to was the juror that was just repeating what was said during trial and it was incorrectly linked to DD.

All Z's injuries indicate is that at some point he was losing a fistfight. You know, until he pulled out the "equalizer".

 

Sometimes I wish that CSI had never been made as a TV show. It gives people a warped sense of the capabilities in crime scene investigation and everybody suddenly thinks they are experts. I half expect them to post "No, but I stayed in a Holiday Inn last night".

YOu can get a cut like this falling on your own. this doesn't denote a "head being repeatedly bounced on the concrete" because where's the dirt and conrete "rash" you get from it?

Maybe his head was bounced repeatedly on the metal trim of the Police cruiser, self inflicted.

He would have been severely injured. Concrete is pretty dang hard. He wouldn't have been able to tell someone his head was about to explode. He has in effect a couple of ouchies, that look like what someone would get from falling... maybe even after a sucker punch.

Actually, it was a little over a half mile (3,300 feet)....and that is being fairly generous about the route he could have taken.

 

You know the guy that invented the Atkins diet? He fell and hit his head on concrete and died. I'm thinking if you try to smack my head on the pavement while on top of me; you deserve to take 2 to the chest and 1 to the head. Period. Zimmerman should have emptied the whole magazine in this thug. Not sure if he did or not though.
