I've answered this several times. Is this another situation where there is a magic number? NO! They did not intentionally cause night terrors, so they don't meet my definition. They weren't hostile, so they don't meet yours. The WBC, on the other hand, is both hostile and they intentional cause distress.

Fortunately the founders wanted something different for the "we the people" of the USA. They were well aware of the horrors when church and state mixed and Christianity was allowed to force its beliefs into law.

Perhaps you wish to go back to a theocracy and you are welcome to this belief. One of the great things about this country is that you are still free to have and even profess most any beliefs you like.

 

My argument is that governments ALWAYS have laws against destroying government.

If governments did not have laws against rebels, they would all be torn down.
Theocracies all stop heretics who want to not follow the law of the Theocracy.

Democracies do the same.
Kingdoms do the same.
Dictators are well known for doing the same.
They ALL do the same in order to exist.
