True but the ones who advertise generally dress revealingly. As do the ones who don't charge and just want some strange genitals on their genitals. Some people like to dress certain ways. Some people feel free and powerful in revealing clothing. Some people feel safe and comforted when covered neck to toe. Some people feel like all-black flatters them. Some people think bright colours suit them best.

There doesn't need to be a complex reason for it.

A woman's sexual habits are her business anyway. Whether she wants to be celibate or partake in carnal delights with any willing partner, it's the same to me. Whatever makes her happy.

As to women, they are free to do whatever they want. I do get upset though when women freak out about men staring at them or doing cat calls. If thats a problem you may want to check how you dress. You may find it rude that people cat call, but they probably feel the same way about your dress attire.
