The texts are not direct evidence of forcible rape. They are an accusation. Direct evidence would a confession from him or a witness to the actual act or recording of same, or a rape kit that shows the sort of injuries that can only be inflicted intentionally and matches 1 set of DNA IE the accused.
The medical records are not direct evidence of forcible rape by the accused unless they show evidence of forcible rape (vaginal tearing, intentional injuries, etc) and match the dna of the accused and only their dna.
To my knowledge that's not what was alleged as the kit was taken a long time ago and never acted on.
