No, you'd be mean to do so. However, you wouldn't actually be lying. Rush fabricated his insults out of absolutely no evidence. He defamed this woman's character without a shred of proof. To me, that destroys whatever credibility or standing he may have had. The man is a proven liar, so why the right still thinks he is so great, I don't know.

Had Maher not gratuitously used the single most obscene word in the English language in yet another bullying attack on Sarah Palin, I might agree with you.
But whatever you think of Limbaugh's rants (and I don't agree with them) all his hyperbolic rhetoric was based on Fluke's absurd claims of cost for a three year legal student to provide herself with contraception (hence, the inference by her, that she was exceptionally sexually active...a slut, in other words). By contrast Maher's filthy slur was just another one of his reflexive
vitriolic attacks on Palin, just for existing (it seems).

When you stop and analyze things it all becomes so clear.

 

When their moral high ground crumbles beneath them, they simply redefine the terms and deflect with creative qualifiers...

it's amusing...if not a bit maddening... witnessing the liberal brain at work.

Limbaugh has some rough edges but also the courage of his convictions that has made him the media giant that he is.

Rush takes harsh and insensitive positions on drug addiction and the criminalization of drug addicts, while himself being a drug addict. It is very hard to feel sympathy for someone that hypocritical, and very easy to pick on his weakness.

It is almost as big a hypocrisy as Rush picking on Michelle Obama over her figure. When your cup size is bigger than the woman you are picking on over her weight AND YOU ARE A MAN you need to shush.

I don't really bother about the weight issue to much because I myself was a fat when I was a kid. I know what type of pain being called on that can bring (he probably does to).

Rush took a little Tylenol with Codeine. He was not shooting up Heroin, sniffing carack for his nose to fall off and he has been recovering for years.
