I didn't say it wasn't mean. Lots of things are mean, but that doesn't make them true. The point I am, ineffectively, trying to make is that Rush flat out lied to his listeners and yet they are more concerned with yelling "But Maher did it too!!!!". That makes no sense to me.

 

I've been on birth control for 20 years, various forms, and yes, I know what they cost.

Why is the condom/foam thing irrelevant? I was showing you that you were incorrect in your assessment of what Limbaugh said. She didn't mention it specifically nor did she mention any method of BC specifically.

Not sure about the rest of the country, but we have public health units and women can get their yearly preventative check-ups and birth control for free.

I am aware of the concept of comedy. I have watched "real time" with Bill Maher many times. I will take your word on limbaugh he is stupid to have doubled down on such a stupid statement. I could make the same point in away that would just state fact.(I don't think she is a slut) Bill Maher's show is basically a political commentary. He has a panel and discusses the issues. If he was only a comedian I could see your point. If he did not give a million to a certain political campaign it would even be a better point. For all I care Rush can be fired for incompetence. He was it was stupid. Insulting a grown woman who can sue the fool.(not smart to mess with lawyers) I doubt it though because this made her famous. Without it we would not even care who she was.
