if I had more sense when I was younger I would have continued taking the optional french classes, I'm very sad and ashamed I didn't. We have Spanish immersion here now as well I tried to get my youngest in enrollment was limited at that time. He is taking french however and by the time he finishes uni he should be effectively bilingual like his sister.

Perhaps it's your thought pattern that's the problem. By believing that all the remaining countries of the world cannot survive without the United States.

It's a mistake to believe that. Yours will be the shortest in duration of any empire that existed before it. Your successive governments have spent so much taxpayers money in attempting to convince your public that America is invincible that they forgot that the economy can also create far more damage than a position of power.

The world has to look elsewhere. Unfortunately, it's probably China that will be the future dominant nation and if they have no opposition, they may not be as beligerent as thay are made out to be.
