No, you're not with the Supreme Court because Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization leaves open the possibility of federal legislation settling the issue.

 

No one has even tried to do that so far. So far its all about the VOTERS in each state determining what their state laws will be. Until something changes, I'll stick with what's going on now. Seems like a good solution.

Then they should get a job and stop being indigents. It shouldn't be comfortable to be a bum. NOTE: People that are unable to work due to medical, mental or emotional conditions which prevent it, should be helped. Able bodied folks who CHOOSE not to work should NOT get a free ride.
