There's no dodge. You asked how I know things in the public domain. It's because I'm intelligent. Why do you think Rudy Guiliani is a paid FBI informant? What person who has seen the form told us that?

Nope, Rudy has been stirring the soup since Trump was elected. Denying that is ridiculous

So now you admit that Rudy isn't the source? That was a quick turnaround. Glad you're over that silly argument.

Who said he was “paid” ? Rudy is the original source of the “laptop”, and most things “Biden”. Thats not a big secret that he has been trying to get dirt for Trump since “the phone call”

If you have to ask you haven’t been paying attention since 2017…..

Which in no way means Rudy is the informant. This informant has been one for 10 years and is considered credible. So it can’t be Rudy then, according to your “nope”, and you can stop with the Rudy stuff, unless you want to keep knowingly spreading misinformation.

The FBI has said the source of the Biden bribery case is an informant that they have used for over a decade and have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for his information over the years because his information has been credible.

This case is not about the laptop.

    You seem utterly confused.

Who told you this person has been a “source” for 10 years? Longevity is not a qualification, nor a measurement of truth for an informant.

Rudy has been making the claim that Biden has been n the take for a very long time.

OK…..a “paid informant” wouldn’t have access to the VP of the US. “Paid” informants are usually low level crack heads, not trusted cohorts for a VPOTUS.

BS. This is just another in a long line of BS accusations.

No, its you who is confused. Just because you WANT the accusations to be true, you are willing to believe them, when in fact their is no evidence, and in fact their is evidence to the contrary

Please explain how Joe, who has released his taxes PUBLICLY for the last 25 years, is hiding these hundreds of millions of $$$$$

He didn't have access to the VP. Again, you're confused. The informant is someone who had relationships with senior people at a Ukrainian energy company and one of those officials told him he bribed Joe Biden and explained how he did it as well as why he did it. That's why Wray wanted to protect the source, they're afraid the people who gave him this information will try to harm him if they found out he is a mole selling their information to American intelligence agencies. Please do some research on this. You're making a ton of false and misleading statements that demonstrate a lack of understanding of both sides of the argument. You're not even getting the liberal side right so this isn't an issue of believing half of the info and disbelieving the other half. It's just not understanding any of it whatsoever.

Also, Rudy didn't have access to Biden either. So you're arguing against yourself now further demonstrating your confusion on this matter.

This makes no sense. The case is not about the laptop. That is not the source of this information. Nobody has said it was. More confusion.

Again, read some reports on this. It's really not difficult to understand. For someone who has made so many factual errors in this thread you should probably dial back the confidence in your posts.

FFS man…..the “accusation” was reported tot he FBI in early 2020 !!!!! You know, when Rudy was visiting Ukraine to very publicly “get information on Joe and Hunters Biden”. Oddly enough, the Republicans get the Judiciary committee, and now they claim to have the “smoking gun”, yet wont tell you that Trump himself had this “smoking gun” while he was still president, and they cant tell you what it is because…well, “we’re worried for the whistleblower”. . This si just more political BS…….

BS. It is absolutely the same thing. Its yet another “wait till you see this one!!!!” It is EXACTLY like Hunters laptop. TRUMPS justice department had the laptop for 17 months of Trumps presidency, AND during the 2020 presidential campaign and race.

Time is linear, and time is real. You and yours keep making things up, and never show the evidence, even when you have it and have full control over it. Now again, “we have the smoking gun, and we have full control over it, but we cant really tell you what it is”. You cannot be that obtuse

It has been in news articles(it was actually 13 years.) You might want to go look into that.

We don’t know who he is, but certain people in Washington do know who he is. Again, you might want to go look into it.

More confusion. The Rudy argument is that he gave the document to the FBI looking for an investigation with a lot of other documents in a document dump. The source of the FD-1023 is not Rudy. The allegation is that Rudy got a hold of it and brought it back to their attention. But, the source was a long standing informant that the FBI has trusted for over a decade.

Yes. Why is this confusing? The FBI has provided Congress with background of the allegation including the background of the source. But, they are not releasing the name publicly for their physical protection as well as to not burn a reliable source who gives them a lot of trustworthy intelligence.

The source is a trusted advisor of the energy company who was part of the initial conversations about whether to bribe Biden or to hire additional legal counsel to help get them out of the problems they were having. That's who had the information contained in the 1023. There's no reason to believe that a Ukrainian energy company was reaching out to Rudy for assistance on such matters. Additionally, there's no reason to believe that Rudy has been a trusted FBI informant for over ten years. You're really asking people to follow a fairy tale of a novel to get to a conclusion you want to be true, despite not having any evidence of it... and all evidence pointing to the opposite.

So how would it be that you know all of this ? Oh yeah, Jim Jordan must have told you, right ?

Rudy injected himself via DJT in the early days of the campaign. FFS, Rudy has been making things up with absolutely no evidence since the earliest days of the 2016 election cycle. You also leave out that we know for a FACT that Rudy went to Ukrain to do just this, get dirt on Biden.

    C’mon

For me, this is the best summary of this story.... from somebody trustworthy

    SNIP
the FD-1023 form, which we reviewed first-hand today, records what a Confidential Human Source told the FBI about conversations he had with individuals in Ukraine. The source, who has been described as highly credible by the FBI, told the FBI he could not provide any opinion on the underlying veracity of the information provided by these Ukrainian individuals.

In January 2020, Attorney General Barr handpicked Scott Brady, the U.S. Attorney in Pittsburgh, to review allegations by Rudy Giuliani that President Biden and Hunter Biden were involved in a Ukrainian corruption scheme. As part of this assessment, U.S. Attorney Brady, together with a team of experienced prosecutors and FBI agents, assessed relevant information, including interviewing this Confidential Human Source—an interview that was recorded in the subpoenaed FD-1023 form. Much of the information provided by the source was information Mr. Giuliani had already provided the FBI. In August 2020, Attorney General Barr and his hand-picked U.S. Attorney signed off on closing the assessment, having found no evidence to corroborate Mr. Giuliani’s allegations.

There are 3 levels of people involved here.... The FBI guy (or gal) who wrote the 1023, the trusted CHS who talked to that agent, and the "individuals" in Ukraine who were passing on Rudy crap....

This is so laughably similar to the Chris Steele situation, it's a little scary. Except, of course, that some of his information (not all) was dead on accurate.

It’s a “euphemism” for the people that have the clearance and have seen the information. You don’t know who it is and I don’t know who it is, but some people up in Washington do.

He or she(pretty sure it’s a he, but we are not in the know on specifically who the informant is other than the 13 years, the credible part and few details that don’t give us a name). I’m sure we will find out eventually, but as of now, they(certain individuals in Washington) have not released the persons name.

If you want to believe the person that has been a credible informant for them was Rudy Giuliani, well, you think more highly of Rudy than I do.

Who said it was a”credible source”. Specifically who publicly made that claim ?
