    Carroll called her friend Lisa Birbach right after the incident with Trump and told her what had taken place
    Birnbach also testified that it was Spring 1996.

    Good tip for all women assaulted in the future.... in addition to saving your outfit for potential DNA testing, take a piece of masking tape, document the date, time, person, and location of your assault, and attach to outfit (on the inside, away from the DNA).

    A tip to help avoid being sexually assulted in the future? Don't look similar to Marla Maples...

    Then tell me the facts. Leave out the emotionalism. What was the date that this happened? Can you tell me that? No, you can't. Because the claimant couldn't even provide it. How can anyone defend themselves against a generalized timeline for a whole year? What were the results of a police investigation on it? None because there was none. She never reported it to the police until YEARS later when Trump ran for the Presidency the second time around.

    It still doesn't meet a preponderance imo. You still don't know if the person broke into your house, or any evidence that he intended to break into your house. This is quite literally #believeallwomen to its natural conclusion. Her case was not essentially tried by the court, it was accepted.

    No real trial of the case would accept Access Hollywood, at least were I presiding. I need real evidence of the claims being laid.

    I'm arguing there's a structural problem with our jury system, where the jury members don't even know what preponderance means. Trump mistaking Carroll for his second wife, or his Access Hollywood remarks, don't even remotely approach the standard of evidence required. If anything, it's just as slanderous as Trump saying he doesn't know her.

    Trump also needs a class action suit to be forced to pay back the hundreds of millions he grifted from his base telling them a lie that the money went to a legal defense fund to get Trump elected, but, in fact, it went right into Trump's pocket via the Save America Pac, which was a Pac he has been using as a slush fund.

    They weighed the evidence and determined that he was a criminal sex pervert.

    And Trump should be required to register as a sex offender in NY, Wash DC and Florida.

    What 'evidence'? Evidence, definition: To see. Etc. Based on what was publicly reported that led to today's decision, the evidence(such as it is) is far less then it would be in other cases.

    I wondered about that, but I'm sure it's not required if not criminally found guilty...

    And one thing that I probably wouldn't call Trump (and that list is notably small) is pervert.

    His tastes seem to be exclusive to of-age women (thank God), although there are some pictures of him with his daughter one might find highly weird...
