    cause then you would say why not 12 weeks, be honest, you would never be happy

    Because 24 weeks is accepted as viability cut off. Prior to 24 weeks the chance of survival is minimal to virtually non existent. 24 week cut aff also allows for that second ultrasound that often picks up the foetal abnormalities. The late term abortions are becoming rarer as they are now being performed earlier

    I will admit you said "until". So, I guess at 23 weeks 6 days, murder is now ok?

    Oh, before you answer, by the way:

    According to studies between 2003 and 2005, 20 to 35 percent of babies born at 23 weeks of gestation survive, while 50 to 70 percent of babies born at 24 to 25 weeks, and more than 90 percent born at 26 to 27 weeks, survive.

    THis really isn't debatable. There is study after study. That one actually had one of the least percentages fo survivability. The one I posted to Fox shows much higher.

    Based on what? I consider that murder once the fetus is viable. Once that fetus becomes viable outside the womb, killing it should be illegal.

    Please post your sources, I posted mine, and your stats seem extremely off.

    Per your own earlier link EIGHTY PERCENT of all babies born at 26 weeks will suffer from DISABILITIES of which 25% will be SEVERE such as blind, death and unable to walk.

    For those born even earlier that percentage rises even HIGHER!

    So explain how much YOU are willing to pay in ADDITIONAL TAXES to care for and support these babies for the rest of their lives?

    Why do you DEMAND that they must needlessly SUFFER through lives with crippling disabilities just because you INSIST upon IMPOSING your own PERSONAL religious beliefs on others?

    Do you know how much money the state is saving by offering abortions? For each child born and handed over to the state, our tax dollars have to go towards supporting the care and raising of these unwanted children. It is estimated that over 100,000 children are still waiting to be adopted with no relief in sight. Imagine another 600,000 children dumped into the laps of the various states; the system would possibly collapse while your tax bill soars into the heavens. You don't want abortion, teach abstinence.

    WTF difference does it make how many abortions take place in New York ?

    They are legal in New York like they are in the rest of the country DUH!!
