Wtf? I thought it was the conservatives that hated islam, and now it's not? That's funny.

NO, I don't think Islam should be banned. If you think they should be banned, then you might...

Agree that the Jews should have been "banned" from Germany (you're a Nazi)
Agree that the blacks should have been "banned" from being free citizens.
Agree that the Irish should have been forced back to Ireland.
Agree that no immigrants should come here in fear of them "turning the place into their homeland".

I personally think that this hatred of islam and the arguements against it are fallacies.

    1. All religions are idologies ? That's nice. I said an ideology purporting to be a religion, not a religion purporting to be an ideology. Not all ideologies are religions. Get it ?

    2. If a person does not insist on Sharia law being active, and is fully accomodating to US law, then, in effect, they are not a Muslim. Being a Muslim isn't just saying "I'm a Muslim", or wearing a headscarfe. It is following the Koran which Sharia law id derived from.

    3. Where, in the Christian bible, does it say that "Christians stone a person to death for wearing clothing of two mixed fabrics".

    4. So by putting all on what you call my "xenophobic fear of Muslims", which is actually your lack of fear because of your ignorance about the Muslim Brotherhood, and Muslim Brotherhood front organizations like CAIR, ISNA, MSA, MAS, et al of their Jihadist ilk, you think you get free of being responsible ? The xenophobic fear card doesn't apply when the US Justice Dept has documented evidence of the Muslim Brotherhood subversiveness, that I alluded to in the OP that you quoted in your response in post # 33.
So is the US Justice Dept exhibiting xenophobic fear too ? The word xenophobic (and Islamapobic) is a phoy red herring becaust the word phobia applies only to irrational fears, whereas fear of Islamization is a fear of what is occuring, will continue to occur, and has been occuring over the past 20 years (as I gave 5 link examples of in post # 4). Read the whole post.

Jews, blacks, and Irish don't have a supremacist ideology that attepts to put them above the Constitution.

As for immigrants, there should be almost none right now because of our severe US unemployment, but if there was a valid point that some particular immigrants might be "turning the place into their homeland", as they have already done in Europe, some places in Michigan, and various fenced-in Muslim enclaves around the USA (ex. Islamberg, NY), then that would be a good reason to restrict immigration too. Franklly, I don't think any Muslims should be permitted to immigrate to the USA, based on the simple fact that their Islamic ideology is seditious.

I'm kinda partial to the "freedom of religion" part of the constitution. I am no more afraid of Muslim fanatics than Christian fanatics.

I didn't say anything about removing them from the country, you said that. I simply said that Islam should be banned. That means no mosques, no Islamic centers, no Islamic books, especially the vile Koran and Hadith (writings of Mo the Pedophile), no face veils, and teaching of Islam in schools. There should also be no more security clearances granted to Muslims in the Pentagon, the FBI, the CIA, the DIA, or any other homeland security sensitive agency. Organizations already designated as Muslim Brotherthood front organizations by the US Justice Dept., should be banned as, of course, should the Muslim Brotherhood itself. If anyone thinks they have any reason for opposition to this, let's hear it.

Wrong. The Supremacy Clause certainly DOES justify banning Islam, because it, by definition (the Koran) DOES NOT abide by the current law. Is this so hard to understand ?

So you want to bet me then ? LOL. We can call a DC police station and ask them if they'll arrest a guy beating his wife (anywhere). And arrest him for BATTERY.

Maybe you aren't aware of what there is to be afraid of. Do you know about Islamization ? How well studied are you on this subject ?

I'm aware of the term. I'm aware of the phenomenon. I'm concerned about the trends but I don't support any ban on religion of any kind.

The bill of rights is one of the weakest parts of the Constitution, and certainly does not rank above the Supremacy Clause, which is the strongest part of the Constitution. The bill of rights has numerous exceptions to it, some of which I outlined in post # 11, and of course nothing in the bill of rights gives anyone the right to be supreme over the Constitution. Problem with Islam is, it tries to do just that.

I don't mean to try to cut you (or anyone else) down, but in the past, I've had people tell me they are "aware", and when I give them a Quiz on the subject, the highest grade I've seen yet is a 5% (most got zero). Most people have no idea of the mountain of information there is on this subject, and how much they don't know.

Exactly. Unless the religion itself directly infringes upon people's rights and freedoms and a citizen of the United States, it should not be banned. Sure, there's sharia law, but since it's not enacted anywhere in our country it doesn't really matter to us domestically.

Banning any religion would be 100% anti American. That said, treating any religion as special while abusing others is also 100% anti American. Religion interacting with Political Correctness is the problem.

The fact that people's rights and freedoms ARE being infringed upon, is what it's all about. Like the 5 link examples I gave in post # 4. Our rights are being infringed upon, and will be much more so (just as it progressed in Europe, and a few places in the US) if we continue to accomodate it, tolerate it, and appease it.

Nothing (including a religion) has a right to be supreme over the US Constitution, as Islam intends to be. Therefore banning Islam is 100% American, and in harmony with the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution (Article 6, Section 2).

    1. It demonstrates my knowledge of the subject material, because I know every one of the names and things associated with Islamization in the quiz, and if anyone doubts that, they can pick some out and quiz me.

    2. I don't have a bad legal argument. LOL.

It seems like you ought to be the one taking a quiz, not the other way around.

    Yes, you do.

I never said anything about deporting anybody, and I think it's kind of strange that people are bringing that up.

Those links show things that are already against the law. They can practice their religion as long as it does not infringe on anyone's rights, and I stand by that. If they start infringing, then they shouldn't be allowed to practice. Just because one Muslim moron fires an employee for eating bacon doesn't mean every man, woman and child that practices it should no longer be allowed to do so. That's too extreme.

It no more bans the Qu'ran than it does the Old Testament. The bible advocates plenty of baby murder, and specifically requires its adherents to do such. That's illegal under US law, therefore Christianity ought to be banned?

The problem with your argument (and the one I proposed above) is that proposing alternatives to the existing political system and laws is not in itself illegal. What matters are actions--not beliefs.

I don't know which is worse Protectionist; your lack of knowledge of Islam or your ignorance about your own Constitution.

That's the quiz? How is that relevant in any way? We're not debating who is an extremist, we're debating whether or not islam should be banned under penalty of law.

If you think I'm ignorant of Islam, then you must think you know more than I do. Well, I just posted a quiz on the subject of Islamization, when Someone mentioned it. So you think you're pretty good on Islamization ? Go ahead take the quiz. Just don't pop in any fake answers. I know who those Quiz people and what those Quiz things are. Every single one.

Aspiring to trump the Constitution is not the same thing as actually doing it. We have politician in Congress every day putting their political survival over the Constitution yet we do not ban democrats.
