Simple question: Why has Ray Epps not been arrested for inciting the Jan 6 'insurrection?'

    Really simple question here. He was filmed the day before encouraging a crowd to "go into the capitol" and he was filmed the day of at the Capitol. And with COUNTLESS 'Jan 6ers' having been arrested for the exact same thing, perhaps even less serious in some cases, how the hell from a legal perspective has he managed to get away with it? It seems that he is not in fact a fed, but being a fed would seem to be the only thing which could explain such a phenomenon.

    My question is why they said he just participated in a protest when they sentenced people for seditious conspiracy?

    Why did it say the sudden stop being an inspection when it's someone they want to protect?

    With over one thousand people to charge and take to court some people have had to wait. He is low hanging fruit anyway since he was not someone either high in the chain or who attacked police

    What would he be charged with? Did he actually break into the Capitol building? Did he assault police? Was he one of the instigators of the violence?

    Look this is a conspiracy theory so I know I will not convince you - you have to do that for yourself but here is a good summary of his actions

    Now I don’t really care about Mr Epps and I certainly will not defend Jan 6 rioters BUT I have to cheer anyone who takes on Rupert (spit) Murdoch and his disinformation machine

    Not being a fed but working for the fed as a paid informant/plant etc. gets the same result....not arrested. Meanwhile others have been sitting in jail for 2 years now without charge for doing less than he was filmed doing. You know the country is in the toilet when people are arrested for exercising their 1st Amendment right.

    Now I patiently await for the board foreigners to tell me about my rights.

    They must be afraid Trump will reelected.
    Double jeopardy protection could come in handy for any federal agents/informants who may have been involved in inciting an insurrection.

    You may be right, but Epp's doesn't really look like an FBI Special Agent.
    And if you are right he would have been looking for the long cool woman in a black dress -- not babies.

    My apologies my question is why all of the sudden did it stop being an insurrection when it came to Ray Epps.

    They said he participated in a protest.

    It’s really a simple answer if you have all the information. What did I he actually do on the 6th? What did he do after the 6th?

    He claims it was a call to peaceful protest and exactly how many of the thousands there that day did he “call to”? If you had read my link you would have seen that. I mean they got Stuart Rhodes on Seditious conspiracy but Rhodes was giving explicit orders to followers.
