Right from the start this was a huge and very obvious propaganda effort by the US and NATO. The main goal was the demonization of Russia, though there were probably lesser goals as well.

Blame Kiev and even the US for this horrendous crime to fuel anti western hatred among the Russian people as well as Russian leaning supporters in its neighboring countries. One of the first things the Russians did when they invaded eastern Ukraine was cut off or reduce the access the citizens had to sources of information outside of thier own. At the time the Russians shot down the plane all most all the people pf eastern Ukraine were getting thier information exclusively from Russian sources, who were all running with the "this was a false flag attack by the CIA" or "this was a botched assassination attempt against Putins life" and that's all the people of Donbas we're hearing. Funny how after the plane went down support for the Russian invasion in eastern Ukraine went up slightly.

See how that (*)(*)(*)(*) works? Crazy huh? This is one of those moments where you can go ahead and say "Mind. Blown!"

 

The "liberal" media is well aware of the long and consistent record of this type of U.S. propaganda and psy ops and they buy it every single time. ZERO skepticism.

 

The day the plane was shot down RT, the main media source on Russia, was running the story that Kiev shot down the plane in an assassination attempt against Putin. THE (*)(*)(*)(*)ING DAY THE PLANE WAS SHOT DOWN!!! And yet you have the nerve to sit here and (*)(*)(*)(*)(*) about the U.S. "Obvious propaganda effort to demonize Russia"??? Russia has more than enough motives to blame NATO and Ukraine.

 

It seems very clear to most people outside Russia (literally every non Russian source), that the plane was mistakenly shot down by Russian supported irregulars with Russian supplied missiles. Even intercepted Russian radio transmission stated as much, though this is denied by Russians it is verified and proven to everyone who is not under Putin's influence.

Yes, I'm serious about the propaganda--I was exposed to it the evening of the day it happened, "special" 1 (maybe 2) hour session. As with most false flags, they knew all the answers to questions that had not yet been asked. Had to sit there in my easy chair and watch it, for curiosity if nothing else.

I don't really care what was in the Russian news that night. Didn't care then and I don't care now, but I do read RT from time to time. On my TV, that night a year ago, it was a major propaganda effort. Russia was charged, tried and hung by 9PM.
