    Did they beat up cops to get to kavanaugh? BTW why were not all the red flag reports followed up? You could get a pretty penny that if he were Democrat his mysterious income and disappearing debts would have been investigated to a fare thee well

    Many/some are being charged with simple misdemeanors. We let illegal aliens go free without bail (and with near total confidence that they will appear on their court date); why not trespassers?

    Trump and his lawyers went 1-60 in the Courts regarding their horseshit fraud claims.

    Again, why do you think every lawyer when asked by the Judges in those Court Houses if their suit was a fraud suit, they all answered NO your honor? This is because lying to a Judge in their Court Room has dire consequences.     No, it was surely because any good lawyer knows the fraud laws and knows that fraud is an extremely long and hard charge to prove in a court of law. Nobody lied to any judge.
