Yes just like Biden would have had to do so when he declined to accept the Dem challenges against Trump when they were trying to get a different set of Electors who would vote for Biden. Trump had members of Congress who were going to issue the challenges, he wasn't doing it directly. Same as when the Dems did against Bush's election TWICE. That is where the Dems were trying to overturn the free and fair electionS. That's how it works, the VP has to accept the challenge or at least those are the legal theories.

 

No he didnt. There was literally no evidence that any of that happened. Once that was clear to everyone he wanted Pence to decertify electors to get Trump elected. This is something that has been a known fact for over a year now.

I dont expect those on the right to admit anything that Trump ever did that was wrong…

Here's a different article. They did use fake electoral documents with fake State of Arizona seal. They were fake electors, also.

The "fake electors" subject of the Jan 6, the ones the Republicans and Trump were trying to get sat, not some private person who did something all on their own.

 

I think you're confusing two things. Almost every state has two sets of electors, one for Republican and one for Democrat. Mostly ceremonial. Whichever one wins, that state sends those electors and a state sealed document with that states electoral votes.
Giuliani and Trump conspired to create fake electors and fake state electoral vote documents in I think seven states, all states Trump lost. Two or three of them actually went as far as to put a state seal or other falsified documentation on the documents, that were sent on like they were the actual votes, and they were received at the National Archives, where they were rejected and sent to the Justice Department.
