What we believe as "Truth" in relation to religion is the stories we are told as children.

This often has nothing to do with what is actually true.

 

Please stop pretending that you have cornered the market on Truth.

 

Clearly your experience did not teach you much Truth. The same is not true for others.

And here you contradict your initial claim. Obviously the experience of putting hand into fire teaches someone the claim "Fire burns" is true.

 

I haven't cornered the market because the whole point in scripture is that Truth is available to anyone who will accept it.

But I seem to have cornered the market in the area of identifying the "god" described in scripture as Reality, itself.

Anyway, that's one possibility, if one is willing to fully embrace moral subjectivism. Is the idea that it is wrong to murder, rape or kill people for their beliefs simply a matter of taste? That's certainly a possibility, but one that few are inclined to subscribe to.

 

No Yahweh is God allah is not, allah is a word that means God but they are completely different in many aspects.
even Christians who are called to be love who are called to show mercy instead of the sword have killed and done terrible things in God's name they may even truly believe they are honoring him in these things for some religion is less about morals or about salvation than it is for a reason to fight, God is widely known his name his title his story but he himself his heart his nature his traits these are very scarcely known because many who claim to know him to serve him to honor him know very little of him and thus you have ppl doing horrible things in his name.

 

Accept what Truth ? What truth would you like people to accept ? If you can not give a coherent answer to this question, then your claim is meaningless.

We face the realities now of what is N Korea and now, China.
We economically see what the massive rush to all buy a cheap house,... fix things,... and sell at enormous profits has done to us all,...
