Some people really do not have the self control and disciplined to make the right choices with what they eat and do. In my 7 years of EMS I've seen all sorts of (*)(*)(*)(*)...I once had a man so large that we had to cut him out of the second story of his town house, crane him down to the ground with a fire truck ladder, and then drive him to the hospital (which bogged my truck down) which was hella far away because most hospital can't deal with the morbidly obese. People can be addicted to food, and will be addicted to food, and there's many different factors why. Staying fit is easy though. Eat healthy, eat less....and here's the big one....get off the (*)(*)(*)(*)ed couch. Diets are not going to help as much as a diet combined with physical fitness such as CARDIO!
Really? Well, maybe you would, but the highlighted is certainly not true for everyone.... "Every 30 minutes" after you eat, you want MORE? I have NEVER seen a person eat that way just b/c they had carbs, sugar, fat & salt in their meal. That's not called addiction, that's called gluttony.....
Same here and I've never seen anyone else eat like that either...... every 30 minutes the person is eating again ...... Don't know where you got that info, Margot, but that's insane....
