Not everyone who is convicted of murder and given the DP is a psychopath. Some are, but not all. And not all psychopaths commit murder as well. They do other things.

if someone wants to hassle others for illegitimate reasons, those being hassled should have proper retribution available. Drug laws are touted as banning people using stuff that harms them. Guns used properly don't harm innocents

 

The OP makes the claim the gun didn't matter, not that policy cannot stop guns.

 

Not a gun banner because its too late, but had the ban remained in effect when it was first initiated, statistics show we would have far less incidents with those types of weapons.

 

guns don't really matter given bombs easily can kill far more people

 

I call bullshit on that-there were very few crimes committed with magazine fed Rifles PRIOR to the ban and after the ban and billions of normal capacity magazines available

 

Just going by the stats of countries with bans in place.
