Giuliani takes another loss in the Freeman, Moss defamation case

Will Giuliani go on his radio show and defame Freeman/Moss again and they'll sue him again for defamation just like E J Carroll did to Trump?
At least Trump's supporters keep giving the grifter millions, not so with Rudy.

Rudy chickened out of testifying. Rudy claimed he was going to prove Ruby Freeman & Shaye Moss stole the GA election. He put on no defense. Rudy when trial started: “When I testify, you will get the whole story & it will be definitively clear that what I said was true.”

I haven't seen any support for him at the courthouse or heard of any, just his lawyer, Joe Sibley who wasted all that money going to law school.
Not even another lawyer from the firm Sibley works at.

It's another symptom of being pathological liars... Even when called out for it to their faces, there is no shame or embarrassment...

It's a true mental incapacity... can't explain it other than that...

 

Can Freeman and Moss's attorneys go after any of Giuliani's assets?
Unless his NYC apt and Florida residence (close to Mar a Lago) are mortgaged to the hilt there would be considerable equity available.
It's one thing to get a multi-multi million dollar judgement it's quite another thing to collect it.
Maybe Rudy claiming being broke is a ruse,he's always been known as a cheap bastard who expected everyone else to pay just for the honor of being with him.
What if anything is protected of his and if he did do some financial shenanigans to try and protect assets can the court go snooping if he doesn't start paying off Freeman and Moss?

 

I was curious what was up with the sale.
It went on the market in July, it's surprising it hasn't sold..

It's Day 5 of Rudy Giuliani’s civil defamation trial. Jurors continue to deliberate this morning on the amount of damages he will have to pay for defaming Freeman and Moss. Deliberations started yesterday at 1:35 p.m. and ended at 5 p.m.

Jurors need to decide on three numbers — the amount of damages Giuliani has to pay for defaming the women, the amount of damages he has to pay for causing them emotional distress and the amount of punitive damages.

Lawyers for Freeman and Moss asked jurors to award each woman $24 million in defamation damages but left the other amounts up to the jury. '

Interesting.... Why would Shaye get 800K MORE than Ruby for compensatory??

 

They won't get anything like that amount of money. He simply does not have it. That said, I hope they take him for every penny he has and he ends up on the streets of NY begging for scraps after what he did to those poor women.

 

Of course not, but here's hoping. He certainly has much more than is readily apparent and that he's willing to admit to.

I hope they crack his financial web of lies like they cracked his election web of lies....

Rudy Giuliani when he was the Mayor of New York City, the people looked up to him as somewhat of a hero and now he buddied up with Trump gets into a whole lot of trouble and then some.
Trump has held some charities only to help Giuliani pay his bills and that I think it is a stupid thing to do. I would not go to those things where it is to help a law breaker to pay his bills and to you out there: don't you either.
