Who were you accusing by saying "It is the fool with nothing to say who points out typo's on an internet blog." Go ahead. Condemn yourself by naming anyone ... if you don't name someone, then your comment was merely a display of flame baiting, which is a violation of the TOS.

BTW: Did I say that you called me a 'fool'?

    Learn to read:
"And you are supposed to be a Christian, and you are calling someone a 'fool'? My oh my! "

Cry like a baby if you want. I stand by my claim.

Let me repeat it for you.

Anyone who points out typo's on an internet blog is a fool.

If you wish to debate the foolishness, or lack therof, of pointing out typo's on an internet blog we should probably move this discussion to another thread.

Your claim as stated in the above quote has been reported as a personal attack.

If I was a mod I would tell folks that pointing out a typo where the meaning is obvious is a cheap attempt at derailing the thread.

No, that is because they and I are believers in Christ and believe what the Bible is saying.

God's plan of salvation is the only one that works. It accomplishes what He wants it to accomplish. It is not a question of being the 'best'. It is the one from God. Its not a plan you or others would or could design or carry out. But then, your not God.

If you were a mod, you would simply ban anyone who disagreed with you. Unfortunately for you, you are not a mod. LOL.

You keep thinking that if it makes you feel better. But you would be just as wrong as usual.

I do not believe in magic. I am an atheist. This is why I would never appeal to magic as a "solution" to my inability to make a logical argument.

You, unfettered by such constraints, can and do engage in such mystical hand waving when the argument has left you foundering. This is what you did there.

You are hallucinating again. My hands are not waving, and the only time I reference 'magic' is in response to your mention of the subject. You have made an appeal to 'magic' as a solution to your problem. Your appeal is in the form of a rationalization as to why you are having such difficulties with making adequate responses to me. Your appeal to 'magic' is a projection that you use as a defensive tool.

Its not a question of me thinking it. You have proved it by your ignorant statement you made. Your ignorance on the subject doesn't affect my feelings one way or another.

    Transferrence.

Demonizing and punishing those who disagree with cult doctrine is what cult followers do.

Those who claim to speak for God have a long history of this practice indeed.

What is being transferred? Who are those that are demonizing and punishing those who disagree with cult doctrine? What cult doctrine is being engaged? Who are those that speak for God? Be specific dude. . . don't generalize.

Transferrence is a psycological term that includes when a person accuses others of what they are guilty of.

It was a general comment in relation to how cults operate. Christian and Muslim folk also have a long history of demonizing, persecuting, torturing and killing those who disagree with their respective religious doctrines.

There are many that do this, the Pope, Imams, and even you have claimed as much by saying you know what really happened in the Bible or the truth of scripture on the basis of your daily conversations with God ..aka.. Holy Spirit.

Then you should stop doing that.

Please provide objective empirical evidence that would support the notion that any one person who is labeled as a Christian, has engaged in such activities as you describe. If you desire to maintain the notion that a group of such Christians were responsible for such atrocities, then provide objective empirical evidence that each and everyone of those responsible persons were Christian. If you desire to maintain that the group of alleged Christians were acting under orders of another person, then provide objective empirical evidence that the person issuing the orders was in FACT a Christian. If you desire to maintain the notion that either God or Jesus were the responsible person(s) that issued such orders, then provide objective empirical evidence to support that claim.

Wrong! I do not speak FOR God. I allow God (the Holy Spirit) to speak through me (I place my body at His disposal). There is a big, huge difference between me and what I say and that which the Holy Spirit says. You simply do not know how to tell the difference. And that, Giftedone, is a personal problem of yours. Study the Bible some more and learn the difference.

You abandoned the argument in tacit admission that you had no logical response, and issued an appeal to magic as an escape.

It's all there in black and white, Inc. Be a Mensch. Take responsibility for your often expressed beliefs.

All of these were Christian v. Christian wars characterized by sectarian persecution and slaughter motivated entirely by Christian religious conviction.

    • The German Peasants' War (1524–1525)
    • The battle of Kappel in Switzerland (1531)
    • The Schmalkaldic War (1546–1547) in the Holy Roman Empire
    • The Eighty Years' War (1568–1648 ) in the Low Countries
    • The French Wars of Religion (1562–1598 )
    • The Thirty Years War (1618–1648 ), affecting the Holy Roman Empire including Habsburg Austria and Bohemia, France, Denmark and Sweden
    • The Wars of the Three Kingdoms (1639–1651), affecting England, Scotland and Ireland
    • The Scottish Reformation and Civil Wars
    • The English Reformation and Civil War
    • The Irish Confederate Wars and the Cromwellian conquest of Ireland

There are more. But that's a good start.

That amounts to nothing as it is not objective empirical evidence that supports the notion that each of the persons involved were in FACT Christians. You have provided NOTHING.

I have abandoned nothing. You have arbitrarily submitted an allegation of me making an appeal to 'magic' and you have provided no evidence to support such an allegation. Therefore, it is you who has abandoned the argument by not providing such required objective empirical evidence that would support your allegation.

The second you declared logic inadequate to the subject and appealed to magic, you abandoned the argument.

    LOL... that's your "response?" Pathetic.

It is only marginally less delusional than your belief that you talk with God.

Inquisition, conquest of the America's, Chalamange, History of the Popes.

None of this stuff is a secret.

Can you provide objective emperical evidence that the Holy Spirit speaks through you and not some unclean spirit ?

Perhaps it is you that simply does not know how to tell the difference and needs to study the Bible, Bible history, non canonical scripture, and anything else you can lay your hands on to figure out the true message of Christ.

And none of that stuff is objective empirical evidence that any of the people mentioned by your examples were in FACT Christian. Show proof that each of those persons were in FACT Christian. IE. Examine their soul. Then say that they were or were not Christian when the acts were committed.

No! And so what. Your counter challenge does not negate the challenge that was already set before you and others in regard to showing objective empirical evidence to support the notion that those people mentioned were in FACT Christian.

You truly don't know anything about me, nor about the number of reference materials that I have researched over the past 40 years. I have related that information to a chosen few on this forum, and they can attest to the fact that you truly don't want to know my background.
