The question was, What is it that gets the lefts pants in a wad because gender dysphoria won't be indoctrinated into children.

Stopping the indoctrination of 5 year olds is playing the moral police.
Sounds more like the left needs to be policed.

You mean retaliating against a theme park who threated legislators to remove their bill of their California corporate offices would have it repealed?
Do you ever hold others accountable for their actions or just the right?

So what rights are trans people denied specifically the right to a fair trial, the right to be secure in their papers I asked specifically. Quantify the rights they are denied.

More than just generic rights. Which rights do straight men have that gays trans and women don't?

It's at times difficult to follow the path that the red/Republican/'conservative' states are taking, but wherever they're heading, Florida will be one of the first to arrive. Another early finisher will be Texas.

    Regards, stay safe 'n well.

So, we have 11 'woke' bills, and none to enhance school security.

It shows where the priorities are.

'Woke' sells, and might win elections, so they made that top priority to a point where nothing else matters.

DeSantis may be hoping that the legal system will take care of Trump, for him (which also might animate many in Trump's base to vote for Ron, if he plays nice with Don-Don, till then).

As overboard as these new pronouns are, it is way more radical, to criminalize anyone's using them. Seems totally nuts that some are so anti- anything untraditional, as far as sexuality & gender, that they support an abandonment of all sane guidelines, of government power. Which pronoun, someone uses, is a
    FREEDOM OF SPEECH issue-- HELLO!

Ok, let's start with the right to have an abortion. A straight man can just put on a condom and they're good to go. A woman must take a pill that was recently in the news for being taken away from them.

What about the right to privacy? It doesn't seem like there is any privacy when it comes down to children and their parents. This is not an issue for adult men, so of course, they "feel free," as many don't.

The right to access gender affirmative care. Many trans people want to be gender reassigned. But, of course, a man is free to be a man so he can "feel free" while denying that choice to others.

As I will no doubt be told, the Constitution doesn't guarantee those rights. Which, my response is that the US Constitution was never meant to be an enumeration of the only sacred rights we're allowed to have. Rather the people decide. Recall those rights not denied are available to the states and also the people. People are last in the list because they are the most important.

that's not a right and it never was.

who is being denied privacy and how?
There's no such thing as this. Gender isn't a quantifiable thing thus it's meaningless and nobody is equipped to offer care.
Meaning they want to control other people's speech pronouns and such. Gender is nothing so there is nothing to reassign just say whatever you are and that's what you are. Nobody has the ability to stop you.
No man is capable of denying someone identify themselves in any way
You didn't mention rights accept the free speech to declare yourself a woman or a dragon or whatever gender reassignment.

If you're talking about castration that doesn't affirm gender it removes it if you are talking about doing this to kids nobody is allowed to sexually abuse their children and this falsely titled castration should absolutely be banned just like female circumcision.

Hmmm, Then why is Florida the number one relocation state in the country and the number one state New Yorkers are running too?

The solution is simple: All teachers in Florida should resign en masse.

It is very good news, since anything that is related to homosexuality or transgenderism or another idiocy is strictly private issue and government should not be part of it, especially if it is related to public schools.

We are already short over 5000 teachers.

The FL government is neck deep in micromanaging schools, and if you think its a good thing, then so be it. Its what big government people want.

"And if such instruction is provided in grades nine through 12, it “must be age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards.” "

Read this a few times to let it sink in and then you please tell me how you think this bill is expanding on standards that we ALREADY HAVE...?

Like the mis interpretation of the "don't say gay" bill which actually doesn't have "don't say gay" anywhere in the damn bill...progressives seem to have an amazing problem with reading bills when it comes to DeSantis.

But I'd wager that if it were some stupid "defund the police" bill...you'd be all over that with a fine tooth comb, ya?

If government is micromanaging gay agenda it is not big government, it is government responsibility. Gay agenda is a private issue it should not be allowed in public schools.

You are claiming government should not be involved in deciding the curriculum in government owned and run school? You seem to not understand how this works. People elect their representatives to represent them then they decide to vote them out if people don't like the policies they enacted. Florida voters decided to elect people who said they would clean up education curriculum and restore the focus on the basics.

I do not care how it works, but I know for sure that gay agenda and pedophilic sexualization is not a part of the school system.
