Good, because quite a few people disappeared (were murdered) and tens of thousands were put in prison and torture was common under Pinochet regime. Disagreement was simply not allowed. Its like what happened with DeSantis vs Disney on steroids.

I believe in what the 10th amendment says. I think wokeness is intrusive, not the efforts for rid us of it.

 

I believe it should be criminal to suggest that it’s possible for men to become women or for women to become men. Specially in a school setting. That is a flat out lie in a place that is meant for teaching. Teaching that that is possible is teaching lies. Why would you want to teach lies to children?

 

Lets face it, you wouldn't even know 'woke' existed if the media talking heads and politicians didn't make sure you hear about it every day. They want you to think its the greatest evil ever, and they are from the government and will defend you from it. All they need is your vote. The game is old, only the threat changes, but IMO, this 'woke' is the lamest one ever. Commies. immigrants and muslims were at least somewhat credible, but 'woke'.........LOL. I guess people need a savior, and the government is the answer.

The laws enacted don’t change a thing. They do a good job tricking the MAGA crowd to believe that it’s solving all the evils of the world, though.

 

Telling your base that teachers are teaching six year olds about anal sex doesn’t make it true. Making it illegal to allow teachers to provide anal sex training in the first grade doesn’t mean the law solves an existing problem.

Pretend the left wants to ban a certain type of bullet that you know doesn’t fix a thing. It’s great meat for the base, though, amiright?

Almost right. It is in third place. In first is federal government which attacks our wealth and lifestyle. In second is China which threatens our freedom. And then wokeness which threatens our culture. They should be our primary focus but, of course, they are not.

 

The opposition of any polarized law is to give it a nickname. Think “Obamacare.”

 

Forcing a subset of a population into hiding because it scares you is not threatening a culture. It’s threatening something that was always wrong in the first place.

As I told you, people didn't even know 'woke' existed until the talking heads and politicians promoted it to be the newest "threat". Woke meant 'awareness of social injustice', but now its the boogieman everyone must be saved from before it destroys.....everything. Now everything they don't like is labeled 'woke' Heck, statue of Michelangelo was so woke it had to be labeled pornography, and thefore banned.

 

At my age nothing scares me. Nobody wants them in hiding They want the men to stay away from womens' sports and they want schools to stop promoting the lifestyle to children.
